Meet the Management Team

Working with business owners and sales and marketing management to facilitate business transformation through best practice use of direct and digital marketing, Roger is also a regular speaker on digital marketing at various seminars and business clubs.

Roger holds a credit Diploma in Digital Marketing with the Institute of Direct Marketing having held senior marketing postitions with global corporations across Europe during his 20 year marketing career. Roger champions the use of open source technologies to provide clients with affordable enterprise level solutions for their web based projects.

Roger joined the board as Marketing Director at STAR Digital in April 2007, and has since gone on to develop and grow our business, most recently gaining acceptance onto the EMDA High Growth Programme. He has now taken on the role of Managing Director. (June 2009)

Andrew heads up design and creativity at STAR Digital, having a BA in Illustration from Portsmouth University he just happens to be an expert in Adobe Illustrator! But it doesn't stop there, Andy understands the need to separate mark up from design, and is a CSS and XHTML expert.

Andy bridges the gap between web design and development and is happy managing both aspects, a rare commodity, so if its creativity you need Andy can not only create great design, he can get it built in the platform of your choice as well...

James looks after clients in numerous sectors, working with them to project manage, advise on creative and online marketing tactics including email marketing, search marketing, 3D Illustration and modelling, and digital photography. James also heads up our Page Flip business which is operated as a sub brand of STAR Digital.

James has held sales and marketing roles previously with Orange, Mercedes Benz and on the Tesco Direct catalogue.

Andrea has a thorough understanding of the digital marketing arena, and works with clients to develop creative solutions to their marketing requirements. Andrea project manages key client projects across the spectrum of digital marketing specialising in the management of content and marketing messaging.

Andrea has a wealth of practical experience in sales and marketing having held roles with Abbey (now Santander) and Mobil Oil prior to joining STAR Digital as a Director in January 2007

Jake joined STAR Digital in January 2010 as a web designer specialising in the Magento ecommerce platform. He is another creative CSS whizz and loves to get stuck into the design and build of bespoke websites for our clients.

Jake is a local lad having studied at the Northampton Boys School and then graduated with a first from Northampton University.

Jake is into all kinds of sport, plays football rather well, and has worked as a swimming coach.
